During the transaction, you will be given a special Hotel Reservation Access Code, make note of this Code so that you can give it to the Hotel for access to reserve ACW blocked hotel rooms.

Let them know you want to reserve a room for Austin CHILL and give them your special Access Code

3. ACW Rooms CANNOT be reserved on their website.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS
This is serious business, guys. No smoking allowed in the hotel rooms, lobby or any room in the Mountain Star Lodge Hotel.

Violators of this issue will be asked to leave the hotel and the ACW event plus a $250 cleaning charge will be added to their credit card.

Every hotel room has a balcony, there are huge outdoor areas in which to smoke, there is simply no excuse. Smoke smell embeds itself to the walls and furniture and can be expensive to clean out.
